FA Cup Champions Manchester City will take on local rivals and Barclays Premier League Champions Manchester United in the EPL's annual curtain-raiser, the Community Shield.It will be the second Manc derby in four months, with the last being the FA Cup semi-final, when a goal from Yaya Toure saw City overcome United.
This will probably be the most intense Community Shield in a long time, with the added spice of it being a derby. The Manchester rivalry continues to intensify as City's continue to improve and United remain the juggernaut they have been for so long.
The match will take place at Wembley, at Sunday 2:30pm London time.
